OUR GROOMING Salon
Our salon features an new hybrid floor plan combining shared social spaces with a cozy defined grooming suite. A natural flow through rooms where we can monitor all our furry guests at all times, starting from the holding area to the bathing area and lastly the grooming table!
We aim to provide the best quality care starting from the products we use to the environment we work in. We set our day by running our essential oil diffusers for a calming aroma, and playing background music to make the day flow by!
OUR PROCESS
All Full Spa Services include: - Professional brushing and combing preparation to remove minor tangles, dirt/debris from the coat prior to bathing, Bathing, Drying, Nail Trimming/Grinding, Anal Gland Expression*, Ear Cleaning/ Plucking*
Step 1
Consultation & Health Check
We always go over the plan for your pet either prior to drop-off or the day of. After drop-off, we always perform a health check on your pet. Our 10-point health check is carried out as a matter of procedure during any visit to our grooming salon. All staff are trained in spotting the most common ailments and problems that occur in dogs, the areas we cover in the check are: Eyes; Ears; Nose; Skin; Teeth and Gums; Coat; Nails; Movement; Lumps; Bottom
If we come across any abnormalities or issues then we will inform you of this when you collect your dog and give you advice.
STEP 2
Bath
3-Step Bathing & Soaking Process:
(Each step has a 5 -20 minute soak to ensure our salon-grade product's benefits) 1. Cleansing Shampoo to open up clogged pores and build-up 2. Specialty shampoo based on your pet's skin and coat health needs. 3. Re-Moisturizer or Conditioning treatment to promote a healthy coat barrier from daily exposure. As well as, quality hair/skin oils after the bath.
STEP 3
Fluff Brush & Dry
Slicker Brush Style Dryer | Hand Blow Dryer |High-Velocity Air Force Dryer | Kennel Dryer | Good Ole' Fashioned Air & Towel Dried |
Light maintenance brush all over.

STEP 4
Style
All our standard grooming clients get the haircut of their choice for their pet, as long as it doesn't affect the health and well-being of the pet. Humanity before Vanity, however, we always try our best to make everyone Safe and happy!
STEP 5
After care
All pets will get a verbal or written Pawgress report on their behavior or any concerns we find that we feel the need to inform on. We always try to recommend proper after-care maintenance and set your pet on a consistent grooming schedule ranging from every 2 weeks to 8 weeks.
SAFETY FIRST
Our groomers are medically trained and experienced in handling anxious and aggressive dogs. We always have the safety of your pet and us in mind! We believe in continuing education and keeping our Pet CPR & First Aid Certifications valid for our staff. We do accept Seniors and Super seniors as long as their Veterinarian Clears them! We will always attempt a service, however the results are based on the individual pets condition.

- Base Prices are determined by size, weight, breed, and hair length.
- We are always transparent in the respect of charging for difficult handling starting at $15.00, Matting/packed undercoat removal up to ~$50.00, and a STRICT POLICY if we find any external/internal parasites fee $50.00.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it in the best interest of the client's pet or our staff
